The year 2020 has been a difficult year for all of us. Luckily, it’s a brand new year and you have the power to hit the reset button. There are many big new year resolutions that you might have added to your list. However, if you want to start small, here are some simple things that you could do to make you feel fresh. Focus on just one thing you want to accomplish. The new year is yours.
- Get rid of old clothes

- Donate them to goodwill
- Start a new morning routine
- 5 mins meditation – start your day with a positive word
- 15 mins of yoga
- Change your skincare routine
- Consult a dermatologist for a personalized skincare routine

- Do a digital detox
- Delete the apps that you haven't used for a while
- Refresh your contact list, schedule random COVID-safe meet ups with your friends
- Delete old photos you don’t need anymore
- Write letters to 2 people
- Show your gratitude
- Let them know what they mean to you
While there are certainly larger goals and new year resolutions you can focus on for the year, start small with one or more of the things above to give yourself a fresh start to the year.
