If you are like many busy Americans, the global pandemic actually made your morning routine better. Instead of waking up at the crack of dawn, getting the kids ready and off to school, and then being stuck in bumper to bumper traffic, little time was had to even get a bite of breakfast in before the day was set in motion. Since the pandemic, many are getting up a little later and are working from home. Good news: that means that breakfast is back on the menu!
According to a recent survey from breakfast tastemaker Bob Evans shows that Americans – even those heading back into the office – want to add breakfast back on to their plates and back to their daily routine. We may not have as much time to cook, but the heat-and-eat comfort food favorites are here to save the day…or at least in the morning.
