Sleep is an important part of all our lives – but even though it is so important, many of us suffer from a severe lack of sleep. Before the start of the COVID-19 pandemic, most Americans were not getting enough sleep – even the majority of those who were unemployed or unable to work still were not getting enough sleep each night. With the addition of stress and other challenges that the COVID-19 pandemic is bringing, this problem is only getting worse – 77% of American adults haven’t been sleeping as well as they have since the start of the COVID-19 pandemic.

One of the many things that your body does during sleep is white blood cells start to break down antigens that it caught during the day and start to produce antibodies.
