Having apps right at our fingertips on smart devices and other technology have changed the way we view the world. In terms of offering food service, Chick-fil-A, McDonalds, and coffee apps like Starbucks and Dunkin’ overwhelmingly dominate the charts. On both the App Store and Google Play, these companies’ apps have received nearly perfect 5-star reviews. 

Etsy, Lululemon, Temu, and Target are among some apps that have seen similar success on these platforms. Also receiving close to perfect 5-star reviews, these apps are driving forward online shopping apps across the board.

The market for travel apps is similar, encompassing transportation, hospitality, trip planning, and many other aspects of travel. Lyft, Uber, Airbnb, and Fly Delta are amongst the most popular, allowing users to plan trips and vacations at the tap of an icon.
