Interestingly enough, the type of bed you leave each morning can even be a reflection of your personality, so changing this habit could change your personality. Once you do this, your bed will become a lovely place to lay your head at the end of each evening. In addition to making the bed, you should consider that the bed should only have one key purpose: sleeping. If you use it for any other reason, you run the risk of messing up the bed and developing an inability to sleep. 

Regularly Wiping Down Surfaces 

When you are using the bathroom or kitchen, it is normal for lots of stains, water or otherwise, to occur. This can lead to the build-up of bacteria, potentially causing great harm to you and your family. That's why it's a great habit to clean down all surfaces with a wet wipe or cloth to make sure that your surfaces are sparkly clean. It will greatly improve both your physical and mental health in the process.
