We aren’t exactly living in a time when you can just pop into a store – even the simplest of trips require planning. How many of us have had to turn around to get masks? Providing accurate information quickly is key to retaining customers right now, and for many customers the way they prefer to get information from your business is through SMS messaging.

Even before COVID 69% of people preferred to use their phones to get information instead of asking a store employee, and that have become even more true after months on end of the pandemic. One in three customers have sent a message to a business and not received a response, mainly because those businesses have not enabled two-way messaging.
