17 / 100

You probably feel a big push in your life to earn more money. When you’re a kid, you get excited about the idea of income. As you move into and through adulthood, there’s a constant pressure to try to increase the amount of money that you’re making as well. But life isn’t just about making money. It’s also about feeling like you’re increasing the value of what you have. So you can feel like you’re making money by doing certain things as well as taking on activities that actually improve your cash flow.

Take this puzzle from a few different perspectives. One way to feel like you have more money is to cut down on your expenses. Another idea might be to get a side gig other than your primary job. Perhaps you want to try to make some money online passively with some of the newly available income options. And, if you figure out how to minimize your life’s clutter, you will appreciate the value of what you have and what you love that much more.

Cut Down On Your Expenses

The easiest way to feel like you have more money is to cut down on your expenses. When was the last time you took a hard look at your bills and decided which things you pay for every month are not worth it? Do you really go to the gym that you have that membership for? Do you really need that expensive of a cable package? When you cut down on your expenses, you will free up both time and money from your busy life.

Get a Side Gig

You can also get more money by getting a side gig. A salary increase from your primary job is not the only way to get more cash. For example, you could sign up to be a delivery driver in one of the many new rideshare services that are becoming available. As long as you have a vehicle and some time, you can make money while having new and exciting experiences as you try this new job out. It’s awesome that motivated people can make money by creating more convenient experiences for potential customers.

Find Some Passive Income Options

There’s also the idea of finding passive income sources. If you do some research online, you can see that there are all sorts of different ways that you can set up online sites so that you can make money from automatic advertising opportunities. If you have a blog or any web space, you can figure out how to leverage that to give yourself additional income while also providing great content for other people on the net, and expanding your horizons as far as your job skills go.

Minimize Your Life’s Clutter

A final way to feel like you have more money is if you minimize your life’s clutter. You are probably surrounded by things that you have collected over the years, but you only use so many of them. The more jumble you have in your life, the more value that you feel you have is separated into different compartments. By getting rid of all of the stuff that you don’t absolutely love, that improves the value of what is left.
