Pieces of the puzzle like finances, culture, and personal environment can either make or break your course of success. In his book Outliers: The Story of Success, Malcolm Gladwell spells out exactly how social opportunities affect us in every facet of life. He states, “Success is not a random act. It arises out of a predictable and powerful set of circumstances and opportunities.”
