The ACA was officially signed as a law back in March of 2010, but a baffling 40% of Americans had no idea that it was a United States law. With all the delays and changes, though, who can blame them? Everyone seems to be having a hard time keeping up and now an announcement from earlier this month has many of us scratching our heads.
On July 2nd 2013, the United States Treasury announed that employers will not be required to provide health insurance to their employees until 2015. Effectively staving off a huge part of Obamacare for a year and half gives the government time to simplify the new reporting requirements and gives employers time to identify full-time employees and update their health insurance.
It’s complicated business, this Obamacare, and keeping up isn’t always the easiest. This infographic spells out the current state of Obamacare as clearly as possible; take a look!
