From a personal perspective that's important, but from a professional and business perspective that's huge as well – it can literally make or break your company.

Today is the day that the Mophie Juice Pack Air for iPhone 5 starts shipping, so I, like thousands of other users, are looking to get our hands on one QUICKLY!

I sent out a short tweet this morning stating that I was about to head to my local Best Buy to see if the iPhone 5 Mophie was in stock.

Not really expecting a reply, but within 10 minutes I had the following conversation with @BestBuySupport:
