South Korea takes the cake for most deaths per million people at 127 every year. Hungary is not far behind, but soars ahead with 347 deaths for every million vehicles. Johannesburg is the carjacking capital of the world with a whopping 10,627 carjackings in 2011. Pennsylvania sees 100,000 collisions with deer every year making Bambi the deadliest thing on the roads.
