Dying is a part of life, so why are we as humans so determined to stop nature? While we don't want to live forever, why not live your life to it's fullest expectancy? Scientist believe the maximum human lifespan is 126 which has been the maximum human lifespan for humans for the last 30,000 years. Genes constitute about 1/3 of the factors leading to a long life; however, the other 2/3 have to do with lifestyle and chance. So, let's take a look at some ways that you can make the most of your possible 126 years of life.

Those with gingivitis and periodontitis have a mortality rate that's 23% to 46% higher than those without gum disease; so, flossing your teeth can add 6.4 years onto your life. Drinking green teach regularly may cut your cancer risk by 90 percent and 1 cup has the same amount of cancer fighting antioxidants as a serving of spinach. There is no doubt of the role of antioxidants in our health. Having healthy doses of vitamin D strengthens your immune system and helps lower risks of diabetes, cancer, high blood pressure, and heart and kidney disease.

It's also healthy to have a good social life. You can cut your risk of death nearly in half by being social. Having close social relationships may be more beneficial to longevity than pneumonia vaccines and hypertension drugs. So, be sure to take your vitamins, floss your teeth, and go out with friends to lengthen your lifespan. Check out the infographic below presented by Medex Supply to learn more.
