Your Dirty Habits Make Me Sick [Infographic]

Germs are everywhere, this we know. Yet, many of us still have our dirty little habits that just make it worse. Not washing our hands, taking our cell phones to the restroom, the list goes on. Speaking of cell phones, did you know that 16% of them have fecal matter on them?

Another dirty habit that can make things even worse is going to work sick. We all do it, in fact 72% of people admit to it, but it’s actually the worst thing you can do. I know, you don’t want to get in trouble, or you need the money, but in reality your just going to spread your illness and cause others to get sick as well.
