Talking specs, the phone has a 4.03″ display, overall size is 123mm x 63 x 9.99 and there is 16GB of memory.
The phone will come pre-loaded will be a number of services unique to Orange, including Orange TV, Dailymotion, Deezer (France only), Orange Wednesdays Your Orange and Orange Gestures. The device will be able to capture High-definition video, and the 8-megapixel camera is capable of taking 10pictures in under a second. Now THAT I'd love to see.

I live in France and Orange and get terrible broadband from them, their Livebox is a complete joke. Hopefully this will be a quality product, but I’ll be waiting for feedback first.
@LauraC Laura I would love to get further reaction from you, and others in your region that have Orange. If the apps suck then the new processor technology can’t help that!
Orange has done it perfectly!
Orange rocks!
