The iPhone Economy – Outsourcing of Manufacturing

It’s an interesting title to this video, but outside of the iPhone and what Apple has been able to accomplish with their highly desired consumer product – this is really all about the outsourcing of manufacturing jobs and activities to countries outside of the United States.

I encourage you to take 4 1/2 minutes and check out this video.

In this era of Occupy movements and digitally savvy citizens practically blocking all legislation for SOPA and PIPA from moving forward, I would hope that the enlightened citizen would also look at this and think creatively on how to take a stand and influence into The System to reverse this unfortunate cycle of events.
