Netflix Makes Amends For Outage

Regardless of how long it lasted – not having access to your subscribed to service for streaming videos – that’s an outage.

As many of you who use Netflix may recall, recently there was a bit of a hiccup in the service that made it unable for you to watch your shows.

Well, Netflix is making things right – they are sending the following email to subscribers and giving a 3%, no questions asked credit on their next bill.

Thank you Netflix

  1. Got that e-mail this morning as well. That's a pretty cool thing for them to do. My wife and I didn't experience an outage at all, and we're pretty regular users, but still very nice of them to offer it even though we won't be needing it. Well done, Netflix.
