I am good on the BBQ, but not so fancy in the kitchen itself (my wonderful wife works miracles there).
That being said, I still like to watch experts in the culinary field work their magic and create fascinating dishes. Mix that creativity with some interesting dialogue, with some interesting people and there you have the premise for After Hours with Daniel.
