June 7-11 are the dates. Moscone Center in San Francisco is the place. The Wordwide Developers Conference is happening with much anticipation of a 4G/HD – next-gen iPhone.
Honestly, I'm hoping that there will be more substance than just a Stevenote announcing a new product. I'd hope that the conference will speak to the developers about what's new and happening in the SDK, what besides just the mobile devices is new and fresh? There seems to be a very overt exclusion of desktop apps as everything is focused on the iPad and iPhone.
This year's event has five major sessions and lab categories: Application Frameworks, Core OS, Developer Tools, Graphics and Media and finally Internet & Web.
