Bear Grylls is at it again. Wednesday at 9 p.m. EST is the start of what looks to be a great new season of Man vs. Wild.
During this season premiere Bear heads to Panama and judging from the clip below, he’s definitely stepping up the game when it comes to “roughing it.” In these clips we see Grylls’ give himself an enema and eating fish eyes.
