MJ: This Is ItI consciously waited a few days before going to see the Michael JacksonThis Is It‘ film as I knew day 1 and day 2 would be simply jammed packed and I probably wouldn't get to absorb all that the film was trying to show.

With that in mind, I took my family (my wife and 7 year old daughter and 5 year old son) to see the film today (November 1st) – I'm glad I waited…

First and foremost, the film one of the most honest pictorials of a master at work on his craft.

Michael pulled all that was good and all that was real out of everyone around him as they were tirelessly preparing for this massive world tour. So much so that the film opens up with the dancers sobbing into the camera as they explain what this opportunity to dance alongside Michael Jackson means to them. Not just from a jumping up and down, shaking your body down to the ground perspective, but what Michael meant (and means) to popular culture, humanity and entertainment as a whole.

Through out the film Michael would constantly verbally express that all he wanted to do was help people, help the world, and share his love with those that were around him.

I won't give away much of the film for those that are still planning to go see it. But rest assured that the world was given a special treat when we had Michael Jackson with us for those brief 50 years and we most definitely would have been in awe had this tour started.

If you've seen the film, I'd love to hear your feedback and comments.
