Shock advertising is the best way I can explain this.

I find this quite disturbing and really wish people would think before trying to make a point – especially when they use children.

Hence, a billboard was erected in New Zealand to remind motorists to change their driving to match weather conditions. The billboard has a child's face that bleeds when it rains. As if that wasn't enough, it ran during Easter and the Jewish holiday of Passover.
