Damon Smith Interview 1 Recently I had the distinct privilege of talking with Mr. Damon Smith.

Damon is a multi-faceted individual – I likened him to an onion with many layers (he’s an entrepreneur, family man, musician, activist, athlete and author).

In our 45 minute chat we talked about everything from excelling in sports, the importance of a strong family foundation, what was the driving factors in him leaving a high paying engineering position at a Fortune 500 company and starting his own company and we even touched on his music and spoken word poetry – powerful stuff.
