It’s Never Too Late To Get Into Sport

If you want to play – you need to establish a basic level of fitness. Cardio is extremely important in sport so plan it out. A month before you try your hand at a sport head to the gym and exercise. If you are not fit – you’re not going to be able to do much, and you could end up hurting yourself.

Then, ask yourself what sport you want to play! Golf, football, cricket, baseball. There’s a bunch available!
