Sitting all day is really bad for your body. You can develop all kinds of physical ailments, from poor circulation to an imbalanced spine. But staring at a computer screen all day can harm your eyes just as much. Digital eye strain can cause dry eyes, fatigue, and headaches. To combat this common problem, make sure you look up from your computer once in awhile. Look 20 feet away for 20 seconds every 20 minutes.
