Shaky economy aside, it’s a safe bet to assume that buyers are looking for the maximum number of rooms. This might mean more work, a little more money spent, but chances are good that when it comes time to sell the home, this investment will pay off.
It’s time to rethink that splurge on the high-end granite counter top or the stunning bathroom that has a tub with a faucet that lives on the ceiling. Whether the aim is to upgrade specifically for resale or not, these projects are sure to please the current occupants of the home as well as potential buyers down the line.
