Are Self-Service Kiosks the Best Hope to Beat the Zombie Apocalypse? [Infographic]

Businesses cannot allow long lines and mediocre services to turn their customers into zombies, especially in the competitive marketplace we live in where alternatives are readily available. Over half of hotels already offer kiosks or are planning to offer them, and over half of travelers would be more likely visit a hotel with self-check-in kiosks. Almost everyone in the 18-34 age group reports that having a kiosk in a restaurant is a benefit. Over 63 percent of consumers would use a kiosk to place orders and pay for food at a quick-service restaurant.
