Do you or does someone you know suffer from inflammation? Inflammation is your body's standard response for healing, which would normally be a good thing – unless it's constant. At this point, it can be harmful and can actually lead to a weakening of your immune system.

Chronic inflammation, sometimes simply called CI, goes unnoticed in many people but can affect conditions such as asthma, diabetes, hay fever and other allergy symptoms. CI, as it is sometimes called, is frequently found in those with poor diets and can be aggravated by stress, smoking, being overweight, leading a sedentary lifestyle and more. Fortunately, there are many ways to fight off inflammation. Maintaining a healthy diet, taking different supplements or simply staying active and keeping in good shape, you should be good! In fact, many foods are reported to reduce inflammation, including turmeric, blueberries, wild caught salmon and more.

Check out the infographic below to learn more about CI and how it can affect your body.
