About 24.2 percent of U.S. smartphone users have used a mobile device to place an order ahead of time. Moms seem to love restaurant-related apps. Thirty-two percent of moms have used their smartphones to look for fast food restaurant promotions or coupons, and 71 percent have used their phones to search for fast food restaurants on the go.
