Exciting news today about the Referee situation – apparently progress was made and we may even see the regular guys back this weekend.

Here are my week 4 predictions.

CLE @ BAL – the Ravens take this one even though Cleveland makes a good showing.

CAR @ ATL – the Falcons take care of the Panthers in this one. Will Cam see more bench time this week? Will we have more people questioning his mental toughness? I don't think so but it will be fun to watch anyway.

NE @ BUF – I'm taking the away team in this one. New England should right the ship after losing a nail biter last week. Buffalo is now at the point where they may be too dinged up to pull out the win. Jackson may be back but probably not at 100%. Spiller is down which leaves Choice. He filled in well last week but I think this week is going to the Patriots.

MIN @ DET – Minnesota surprised me last week but I am going against them again. They are on the road against the injured and hungry Lions. I think the Lions go for the kill this week.

SD @ KC – Flip a coin. I go with the Chiefs on their home turf. I am still not sold on them but feel like they can take down San Diego.

SEA @ STL – the Rams go out and beat up on another young quarterback. Questionable but effective.

SF @ NYJ – San Francisco. What happened last week? They should take this one easily from the Jets.

TEN @ HOU – Houston bullies the Titans and secures a home win. Suddenly they are 4 and 0.

OAK @ DEN – Denver should get back in to the win column this week. Yes, Oakland beat the Steelers so did Denver. This assumes Manning does not turn the ball over several times in the first quarter.

MIA @ ARI – Arizona will be the 2nd team to hit 4 – 0 this year after knocking off the Dolphins.

CIN @ JAC – I'm not ready to put my faith in Gabbert and the Jags (even though I have MJD on my FFL team). Cincy still playing tough and should beat JAX at their house.

NO @ GB – It is week 4 and these teams have combined for a total of 1 win. What bizarro world is this. The Saints have had a lot of distractions and are missing their head coach. Still, this is surprising. Unfortunately I think the Saints go home at 0 and 4.

WSH @ TB – RGIII is a tough kid but the Bucs are a tough team. The Bucs should take this victory from Griffin and the Redskins.

NYG @ PHI – Vick runs out of luck this week and loses to the Giants. E. Manning and the world Champion Giants stop making the late game mistakes like the previous Philly opponents and get the victory.

CHI @ DAL – Which QB will show up for these teams? Both have high melt-down potential, so it's sure to be interesting. I think the Dallas offense should be able to score on the Bears while the Dallas D should be able to slow down Cutler and a injured Forte. It's Dallas in this one.

Bye week PIT, IND
