Dear Commissioner Goodell:

I can only imagine what is going on in your world right about now. Forget the Bounty-gate with the Saints, that’s NOTHING compared to what is now become poor comedy, that being your replacement referees.

I’m not writing this as a fan of either team that played tonight. I writing this purely as a fan of the game of football. And to put this into perspective that is important to you – this officiating fiasco is beginning to tarnish the brand that is the National Football League.

I’m not going to pretend that I know everything that is going on behind the scenes at the bargaining table between the league and the regular refs, oh wait – from what I understand you all aren’t even talking to each other…so there is no bargaining happening…

MAN UP Goodell and get this fixed. Stop being so arrogant and proud and stubborn.

You’ve already got fans not wanting to go to your Pro Bowl, now I can guarantee you that fans will hit you where it hurts the most – by not showing up to the games and spending money on concessions and licensed apparel.

If it’s in your power, since it seems everything else around the game is, I highly suggest you review to film and reverse the call and award this game to the Green Bay Packers.
