Quick week 2 recap.
Hits: Games I called right
GB def CHI
PIT def NYJ
BUF def KC
CIN def CLE
MIA def OAK
NYG def TB
HOU def JAX
SD def TEN
SF def DET

Misses
IND def MIN. Luck looked better than I thought and the team pulled out a win

ARZ def NE. New England had a chance with a 42 yard field goal try at the end of the game but missed wide left.

PHI def BAL – Still puzzled about this one.

CAR def NOS – perhaps all that off season trouble and not having the head coach around is causing some lingering effects.  I think they'll turn it around though.

STL def WAS – Washington loses two strong defensive guys.  RGIII delivers but not enough to take down the Rams.  It has to be mustache day.

SEA def DAL – Hard to recover from a horrible start (ask P. Manning) – Seattle manhandles Dallas for the W.

ATL def DEN – I could not believe what I was watching on Monday night in the first quarter.  3 picks.  Hard to come back from that but Denver gave it a try.  Too little too late.

Overall: 9 of 16 – we can do better.

Week 3

NYG @ CAR – The Giants offense too much for the Panthers D.  Eli gets another win and the G-men keep pace with the Eagles in the division.

JAX @ IND – The Colts take this one at home.  Not sure which Gabbert will show up so you may want to leave him on the waiver wire.

NYJ @ MIA – The Jets make up some more Tebow plays and go home from Miami with a win.

BUF @ CLE – Buffalo continues winning ways.  Spiller and Richardson get some TDs but Buffalo's D gets to Weeden.  Advantage Bills.

DET @ TEN – Megatron roars into Tennessee.  The Lions beat up on Titans since couldn't do it to the 9ers last week.

TB @ DAL – Wow.  This is a tough one to call .  This should be a close game with the advantage going to the home team.  However, I'm going with Freeman and the Bucs – Mike Williams and Vincent Jackson take care of the Dal corners.

CIN @ WAS – RGIII shakes off the dust and gets a win at home vs Cincinatti.

STL @ CHI – Chicago gets after the Rams.  Cutler yells at a few team mates but no one cares because they win.

SF @ MIN – Whatever coach Harbaugh put in their Wheaties last year is working again.  SF looks really good.  They continue on this week with another victory.  Viking hornblower should take the day off.

KC @ NO – Brees looks steller again against poor KC.  In the off season, I thought KC was turning the corner.  Turns out it was the wrong way.

ATL @ SD – Another AFC west matchup for ATL – I'm thinking it's another W for the Falcons.

PHI @ ARZ – Kolb's knowledge of Philly pays dividends.  Arizona walks away at a shocking 3 and 0.

HOU @ DEN – Manning spent his energy defeating the Steelers in week 1.  Houston keeps alive the questions of Manning's arm strength and roll to victory #3.

PIT @ OAK – Big Ben and the Black and Gold put a hurt on the Raiders.  Mendenhall may get in this game.  No matter.  Any of the backs will do just fine.

NE @ BAL – Baltimore eeks out a win over the always-tough-except-last-weekend Patriots.

GB @ SEA – I take GB in this one.  Rodgers and the the GB offense will be too much for Seattle.

Good luck this week!
