The change has begun. Many utility companies across the nation are removing the old analog meters and replacing them with smart meters.
In my town, the change has already happened.
Is this a good thing or a not so good thing? There are opinions on both sides. The PROS speak to better overall service, and cost savings while there are CONS that bring up concerns about security and health.
