Jay-Z helped launch the career of new pop artist Rita Ora recently by taking her to the iHeartRadio studies and world premiering her new single Party and Bulls**t.

I’m mainly posting this because I like how cool Jay is in any situation, and like he says, it’s all about the spontaneous moment to get things done.
