Do you like ClamCase’s predecessor for iPad? Now they are offering this keyboard case for the iPad 2. The new iPad 2 ClamCase has been revamped making it much lighter and sleek.

As far as specs are concerned, ClamCase has an edge compare to other cases with the same classifications as this one. First is the feature of this accessory – the keyboard. It has a fine refurbish, and wide enough to type without the cramped feeling. There are support and shortcut keys which makes its more convenient to use than the virtual keyboard.

This battery powered Bluetooth QWERTY keyboard case has accurate cutouts and is specifically made for the iPad 2 to fit perfectly into it. A precise cutout for the rear camera and speaker grille has been added to this hard case to completely utilize all of the gadget’s functions. It also has an incorporated magnet which allows you to sleep and awaken the gadget when you flip open and close the case. It’s a good thing to have which allows you to conserve the battery when not in use.

Take your worries away because this one has a long battery life. It can also be used as a stand and can be angled for ideal viewing positions.

By having this portable case you can transform your iPad 2 into a netbook like gadget perfect to carry everywhere you go. Security, functionality and glamour are the things that this durable cover offers.

The black edition iPad 2 ClamCase is now available and tagged at $149.00. There are also two editions which will be out this summer namely Matte White and the Limited Edition Trooper.

Be careful. Nice concept. Bought previous model for iPad 1 and had BIG ISSUE with manufacturing quality. Less than 9 months of moderate use, case has a hairline fracture near hinge causing iPad to pop out when swiveling open. Never abused. This should’t happen. To me this is either defective design or mfg. Since the meager warranty is up, customer service only offered 10% off next purchase. Don’t need 10% since I don’t plan on ever buying from them again!
