Making the rounds of the social interweb is a 3 year old video of 5 young girls singing the National Anthem. As of tonight, they're at 7.5 million views…

The video is from a Texas Tech basketball game and it, in my opinion, ranks right up there with the rendition from Whitney Houston during the 1991 Super Bowl XXV. Yeah – they're that good !

The performers in this video – The Cactus Cuties

The Cactus Cuties 1

According to their official website, The Cactus Cuties actually made their television debut back in April 2008 with a guest role on Disney Channel’s “Cory in the House,” and have since been featured on “The Oprah Winfrey Show,” “Rachael Ray,” “The 700 Club,” “The Jerry Lewis MDA Telethon,” and numerous appearances across the country.

Without any further ado – check out the video

One word – PHENOMENAL !

The young ladies are continuing to travel and perform all over the country, they've got their tour schedule on their website and, if you want to purchase their CD – head over to iTunes.
