Well – President Obama has published his proposed 2012 Federal Budget (what some on both the left and the right are referring to already as the “fudget”).

Not a lot of good news for the lower and middle-class. Not a lot of good news for many education programs many of us have relied upon to merely get an education (case in point, the Pell Grant is being hit hard).
