This is beginning to sound like Peter calling wolf…

Apple continually tells us fans/users that there’s a huge, game-changing announcement coming soon.

Well, looking at apple.com today you’ll note a countdown stating that tomorrow is yet another huge announcement.

The blogosphere is all a buzz today with folks speculating about what it could be.

I’m, personally hoping that it’s finally an agreement with The Beatles to bring that music catalog into iTunes.

What do you think?

Obviously, we’ll keep you up-to-date with all the latest – we’ll be posting updates as they come in through our sister site, Macgasm.net.

In the interim, put your two cents in on the poll below and in the comments.

Rumor Update: I’m normally not the one to work off of rumors, but…WSJ.com is reporting that our thoughts and speculations may, in fact, be true.

In a report filed by Ethan Smith, Apple is preparing to disclose that its iTunes Store will soon start carrying music by the Beatles, according to people familiar with the situation, a move that would fill a glaring gap in the collection of the world’s largest music retailer.

The deal resulted from talks that were taking place as recently as last week among executives of Apple, representatives of the Beatles and their record label, EMI Group Ltd., according to these people. These people cautioned that Apple could change plans at the last minute.

Think about that fan faithful for the next 14 hours !!.

Oh, and by the way – note the title of the Apple Teaser…”Another Day” is the title of a Paul McCartney song (the stars have aligned). Who wants to take bets that McCartney will be at the event playing that song?

In a huge paradox, and will probably get me dinged by the Mac faithful – here is a link to buy that song…from Amazon !!
