Apple is changing focus – turning away from the iOS mobile platform for a second and planning to share with the world their future Mac products.

On October 20th there will be a press event entitled Back to the Mac.

We can only speculate what will come of this. Looking at the invite, obviously updates to the desktop and laptop products are expected. I’m personally hoping to so a revamped MacBook Air.

But looking closely at the invite from Apple, you’ll note a lion peering from behind the logo – gotta be the next evolution of Mac OS X right?
