It’s tough in the real estate market these days.

Michael Jackson’s mansion in Holmby Hills, Los Angeles just went on the market for a mere $29 million – that’s $10 million LESS than it was on the market for back in 2008.

This is the 17,171 square-feet house that Jackson was renting prior to his death.

Check the amenities:

The Richard Landry-designed estate, built in 2002, has a theater, a wine cellar and tasting room, an art studio, a gym with a spa, and an elevator. The guesthouse has stained-glass doors leading to the pool and gardens. There are seven bedrooms, 13 bathrooms and 12 fireplaces. The 1.25 acres of gated grounds include a swimming pool.
