First there was a Twitter account then there was a YouTube channel, now the Queen and the British Monarchy have launched a Flickr stream. Ah bless 'em !

The Flickr profile has a section for each member of the royal family and there are a few general sets such as “Latest News” and “Royal Events.”

According to the AP, officials have said that online content providers, like us here at THE Tech Scoop, are welcome to embed and share the photos from Flickr, however the images are watermarked “© Press Association” and no Creative Commons leeway is given. As is also the case with YouTube, you can’t comment at the royals’ Flickr account.
