There are a lot of celebrities out there with charisma, money and clout, but who seems to be making a push towards the top of the list is none other than Sean P. Diddy Combs.
That’s right, there is an unofficial site called DiddyforIdol.com that has just been launched by the team at the Bad Boy Blog. Their gaining followers on Twitter and ‘Like’s’ on their Facebook fan page. Now the site is unofficial because it is not directly associated with the American Idol show or with Diddy himself.
Be that as it may, the folks at Bad Boy Blog (also not directly associated with Bad Boy Entertainment or Diddy) made the following post this weekend on their site:
Back in May, Diddy revealed his interest in replacing Simon Cowell FOX’s hit show “American Idol.” At that time, he asked “everybody to get on Twitter, MySpace, Facebook and say that Diddy should get the Simon spot.” When I heard that, I thought, how can we lead that effort?
The answer to that question is DiddyForIdol.com, a special mini-site dedicated to helping those who support the idea to spread the word.
If you feel the same as these guys and want Diddy sitting behind the desk with Randy and Ellen – head over to the site and show your support.
You can follow Diddy on Twitter @iamdiddy. You can also follow American Idol @AmericanIdol
