iPhone 2.0 keyboard shortcut

iphone_2.0_domain_name_endingHere’s a quite useful tidbit for those running the new 2.0 firmware on your iPhone or iPod touch.

In Safari and when composing emails when you’re typing the address, hold down the “.com” botton or the “.” button to get a selection of 3 other domain name endings: “.net,” “.edu,” and “.org.” When you tap on any of the endings, it will be automatically inserted in the address bar.
